Elementary School TeachingElementary School TeacherElementary school teachers teach students from kindergarten through sixth grade, or in some cases eighth grade, a wide range of academic, social, emotional and motor skills. They plan and present instructional programs using methods and materials to meet the needs of students. However, for all of this to happen, elementary school teachers must have a passion for education and love children. Education requires dedication, organization, and thoughtful lesson plans every day. To ensure that students receive a top-notch education, teachers attend staff meetings, serve on committees, and participate in workshops or continuing education activities. When students worry about being indoors, they have a special place in their schedule reserved for outdoor activities, which they are responsible for. They must be willing to prepare bulletin boards, correct papers and tests, and maintain student records and reports. Each year, a teacher must evaluate student performance and, if necessary, advise students with academic and adjustment difficulties. Parents are always very interested in what is happening in the academic aspect of their child's life, which is why teachers get involved in a parent-teacher conference day, during which they meet the parents of the student to discuss the student's progress and performance. Many of these tasks are performed in the teacher's home and not in the classroom. Therefore, the teacher takes home more than an average professional profession. Therefore, they should not hesitate to take homework home to read, check and grade them. But in class, they have important work. Teachers can have up to 30 students who view them as inspiration and......in the middle of an article......s, a teacher can teach a special subject usually involving music , art, reading, science or physical education in several classes. Teachers often work with students from diverse ethnic, racial, and religious backgrounds. I will be completing my studies for elementary school teaching at Schoolcraft College. Then from there I will transfer to either the University of Michigan or Eastern Michigan University to complete my remaining years required for the four-year degree. When I transfer, I will get my major in my career and use it to teach little kids and open their minds, as well as inspire them in life. When I get my teaching degree, I will get it so I can teach at any level, from K-12. Thanks to my determination and passion to make a difference, I believe I will make a reliable primary school teacher..
