IntroductionDo you want to improve your stamina for something better? Many people want to become better at endurance, but they are not willing to sacrifice time, effort, and commitment to do so. This is why I wrote this article because I am one of them. I didn't take the time, effort, and commitment to become better at endurance. So far when Mrs. Griggs gave us this project, I took it as a benefit and motivation to improve my endurance and I get a grade for it. So I set myself the goal of increasing my endurance in 100 days. This is exactly the title of my capstone “How to increase my stamina and stamina in 100 days”. Let's find out how I did it. What is Endurance Endurance is really about continuing to do something over a long period of time; supporting power. Endurance can be described as a physical trait as well as a mental one. Physical endurance is considered one of several fitness components used to assess health and fitness levels. This component is identified by several terms; among them is physical endurance which includes cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Stamina, or stamina, is a key to improving your fitness and reducing the risk of heart problems. Physical endurance levels can be increased through physical activity. Physical endurance can refer to the ability of your heart and lungs to function during high-intensity activities. Your heart and lungs provide increased amounts of blood and oxygen to meet the demands of prolonged physical activity. This can also be called cardiovascular endurance. Physical endurance is your body's ability to function to withstand pain, fatigue, stress and hardship.
