    Students at this level are still learning and developing the skills needed for life and at this time each student begins to realize that he doesn't learn exactly like everyone else. There are three types of learning abilities: auditory, visual, and kinesthetic or tactile. Some students use only one type while others may use a combination of two or all three. As for me, I need to hear the teacher teach it; I also have to do everything I am taught to have a complete learning experience. Learning abilities vary from student to student. How do teachers ensure that each student learns at their own pace and in their own way? Unfortunately, teachers generally don't do this for every student, leaving most children behind. In the past, teachers would simply give me the information and expect me to know it immediately. Often, I was the child left behind because I was not recognized individually as a student. If schools and teachers worked together to ensure that students' individual learning abilities were taken into account, it would enable students to achieve greater academic success. Even though I was mostly left behind in school, sometimes I had a teacher who cared and made sure that each of his students was
