Robotics and artificial intelligence are the way of the future. Imagine you are sitting at work and your coworker is a robot, not just a robot but one that looks like a human, it seems a bit far-fetched, but as predicted by the National Intelligence Council(NIC), a group of US government thinking and research group, technologies will be advanced enough to support low-skilled jobs by 3025 (Lohr, Steve). Generations beyond this time will find it normal to talk to computers, just as Siri on the iPhone has become a separate part of our society. With proper support for emerging technologies, we can have intelligent transportation networks that operate as efficiently as factories (Noor, Ahmed K). "Our young children and grandchildren will think it's completely natural to talk to machines that look at them and understand them," said Eric Horvitz, a computer scientist at Microsoft Research Lab. (Lohr, Steve) The presence of robotics and artificial intelligence in society is increasing born in Petrovichi, Russia in late 1919 or early 1920s, immigrated to America with his family when he was three years old and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Issac Asimov, considered one of the leading writers in the science fiction genre, has enormously advanced societies' views on robots. (“A Robot”) Issac Asimov created three “laws” for robots; a robot cannot harm a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to be harmed; a robot must obey orders given to it by human beings, except where such orders would conflict with the First Law , and a robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.
