A large number of blacks testify to the animosity of the police towards African-Americans. White people are taking advantage of the freedom of psychiatric diagnoses to mistreat Black Americans. Herbert's statement: “…for private companies, prison is like a pot of gold. No strike. No union organization. No health benefits…” inspires most white people (Herbert 51). This is why black Americans risk incarceration, so that white people can benefit from state resources. The initiative ensures that there is no opposition to bad practices and white bias. What's more, health insurance benefits provided to black Americans may also be funneled to whites while blacks are incarcerated. The question of the limits of trade policies towards Africa and the failure of international peacekeeping operations reveal that the United States is pro-racist. Additionally, U.S. leaders believe that Africa does not meet U.S. national strategic interests. Therefore, the aspect of the problem of debt repayment in most African countries confirms the plans of the United States in Africa. Herbert says: "...these are mostly illegitimate foreign debts, incurred during the Cold War by unrepresentative governments from Western creditors who sought to buy geopolitical loyalties, not to finance the development of countries previously held back by Western colonialism…” (Herbert 63).
