Mastery and understanding are closely related to each other. (Hudson, Lane, 2005) Therefore, by reading fluently, the student can be “freed from word identification problems that could hinder comprehension.” Fluent reading is closely related to correct expression, because we are more likely to express a word by reading it fluently. Precision is a key element of mastery. Accuracy is the ability to read by automatically recognizing words without errors. (Rasinski, 2003). In fact, fluency is an integral part of accuracy. To reach the mastery stage, the reader must first achieve a level of reading accuracy. Read accurately means automatic reading without errors. For the reader to reach this stage, he must constantly practice reading, especially by repeating words he does not know. Repetition helps the reader memorize and pronounce the word correctly, helping them read it correctly automatically and then reach the mastery stage. Historically, the conditions for the emergence of this norm could be linked to the first efforts of scientific work on the psychological, philosophical and sociological levels. A role of this standard could be linked
