The interview focuses on the information presented in the course in the context of the macro level, organizations, and communities. The macro level integrates planning, implementation, evaluation, termination and monitoring (Kirst-Ashman and Hull, 2015). Many tasks can be associated with changing large systems that require cohesive efforts from multiple groups (Kirst-Ashman and Hull, 2013). In Tiernan's project, the macro level is evident in working with multiple groups, consisting of his colleagues, city council members, and community developers.
