Weaknesses • Starbucks lacks diversity in its brand portfolio when it comes to markets outside of the United States • Some customers often call Starbucks 5Bucks because of how expensive it is. • Fluctuations in the price of coffee beans can have an impact on the company's supply at any time. • In busy metropolitan cities, rental and rental costs are constantly
