Part 1. While it is true that not all changes can lead to some improvement, all improvements often require an element of change. It is imperative to consider the importance of developing the ability to test and implement change in order to fully realize the potential of an individual, group or even organization. Changes are generally developed from a minimal number of change concepts. A change concept is simply a given approach or notion that employers view as a useful tool for creating specific ideas or changes in an organization that, in turn, help improve employee effectiveness. The term “fit” for an organization has long been defined in two distinct ways. The main types are person-job fit and person-employee fit. Person-job fit refers to the process of using assessment tools when recruiting employees and often includes their specialties, cognitive abilities, and even examining an individual's personality traits.
