There is a misconception that the vision and objectives of a company must be set by superiors. In most cases, this school of thought is misleading. All levels of the organization have an obligation to define the vision of the organization (Cheryl, 2000). Limiting this vision-setting task to a given level can limit the exercise of potential at all levels of the organization.
