Planning can also be thought of as the ongoing process of developing the company's mission and goals and attempting to determine how they will be achieved. You need to optimize all new departments, human resources, all work systems, both office systems and file systems. It is also important that you establish the internal organizational structure of the establishment you are starting. You need to focus on properly coordinating each group and controlling the flow within the organization. Overall, the organization establishes the internal organizational structure of the company. The emphasis is placed on the division and coordination of flows between managers and job holders.
