In the planning genre, you can use strategic planning, business planning and personnel planning. During planning, you may come across a time when you need ideas for advertising, marketing and promotion. Planning can also be thought of as the ongoing process of developing the company's mission and goals and attempting to determine how they will be achieved. Planning includes the broader views of the organization in its mission to achieve a specific goal. Organization is the function of achieving goals optimally. You need to optimize all new departments, human resources, all work systems, both office systems and file systems.
