    Generally, tourism can be divided into three, namely ecotourism, rural tourism and agrotourism. Ecotourism: Tourism is based on the appreciation of responsibility and sustainable ecology. Ecotourism is a visit to nature that respects the environment (Ceballos and Lascurain, 1996). Based tourism: Tourist-based peasant agriculture is based on tourism which involves transactions carried out by farmers, whether for personal, educational, promotion of agricultural products or to increase the income of farmers. (Hilchey, 1993). Rural tourism: aspects focused on rural tourism that are outside the city and not available in the city. Lane (1994), by Sharpley and Telfer. And. al (2002) defines rural tourism as “rural tourism extends beyond agricultural tourism to include nature and ecotourism holidays, walking, climbing and horse riding holidays, adventure , sports and health tourism, hunting and angling, educational travel, arts and heritage tourism and, in some areas, ethnic tourism.'' This means that all activities can be carried out in rural areas through the rural facilities that enable the activity carried out.2.2 Role of Ministry of Human Resource DevelopmentThe human resource manager should play his role in attracting the attention of the public to enter the field of his profession. The training offered at the hotel, recruitment and employee well-being are all factors that can predispose an individual to work in the hotel sector. According to Dessler (2006) Human Resources. management is very important in any organization such as hospitality. A job is generally associated with an impulse. Momentum is a movement that pushes you to do something as part of your job. Impulse also allows a person to perform an act for a particular purpose. Impetus also allows a subordinate to continue working hard to provide all the capabilities and knowledge needed to achieve the goal (Hasibuan, 2005). According to Maslow's hierarchy (1943:1970), submit a five-story human pyramid to achieve in life. Five stories start with the physiological level or basic needs and at the top level is the once self-satisfaction level (see figure 1).
