    The Victorian era brought many changes and the introduction of new things. One issue that stood out was “Sex”. A lot of things have evolved around this issue, like changes in laws everywhere, it has become a topic for poets/literary writers and also for the women's issue. The term means discrimination based on a person's sex, and in the 19th century it was a broad issue against women. It all started in the early Victorian era with Queen Victoria, who was the monarch of the United Kingdom of Great Britain from 1837 to 1901. As queen, she played a very important role during this period. As a wife, she showed a domestic side. She supported Prince Albert, had his children, became very submissive and devoted a family to her husband. This image that she represented became a trend towards the outside world. Most people considered this the ideal woman at that time. Sex was a topic that began to spread and women began to fight for their voices to be heard. New laws have been introduced in many countries like UK, USA, Canada, etc......
