    Governing a society of people and achieving justice presents a challenge in any form. Even though the government of the American Republic has addressed many flaws in justice, it still embodies a stronger system of checks and balances to achieve justice, limited in Platonic or Aristotelian forms of government. We have a strong belief and precedent in achieving justice through our people, protests and boycotts of our electoral process. The level of activity is important to combat the challenges of the justice system. The American Republic strikes a balance between knowledge and participation, unlike an Aristotelian form of government that relies on class to decide justice. Aristotle said the following: “If anyone chooses to fix administration on the broadest basis, he will find none preferable; because governing in turn is what the rich and the poor will not submit to, because of their hatred towards each other.
