    Types of Testing and Impacts on Employers and EmployeesModern business entities operate in a highly competitive and dynamic environment. In this regard, organizations are always on alert and seek to attract the most competent and capable personnel. Despite the fact that job seekers may have exceptional academic qualifications; Employers subject their employees to rigorous and in-depth assessments to assess the suitability, credibility and skills of individuals. No organization wants to be left behind in terms of high and exceptional levels of efficiency. With the aim of verifying and ensuring that an organization has the most competent employees; employers apply a series of tests to employees (Ployhart, 2006). These tests are applied to new arrivals in the organization. Additionally, periodic testing could be applied to current employees to evaluate their performance. This article carries out an in-depth analysis of the different types of testing applied by organizations and their influence on employees and employers. Types of Tests Assessment of Assessment Centers Assessment centers could be used to measure a variety of skills; however, assessment centers are primarily used to measure or analyze a potential/current employee's communications, interpersonal, planning, organizational, and analytical skills. In addition, the assessment center could include exercises to evaluate the content of work and the problems experienced in the workplace. For example, employees in a sales department could be evaluated on their ability to make sales in a certain environment.
