I noticed that the work environment said that many medical/health service managers are able to work with doctors and patients to ensure that everything goes well on both sides. I would excel in this job because of the communication benefits. Again, it's amazing the ability you have to change someone's life in this role. Job responsibilities, in addition to speaking to patients and doctors, include: Representing the facility at investor meetings or on boards of directors, ensuring the place I lead is up to date on new laws and regulations, supervise staff, manage finances (according to online accounts, this only means patient charges and billing). The ideal training for the position is already underway for me. A bachelor's degree is at least necessary to enter the profession, but a master's degree is ideal for the job (which I had already planned to get after my bachelor's degree). The degree potential employees typically have is in business or a healthcare-related field (given that they have spent a lot of time in the healthcare field). The median salary for this position in 2015 was $94,500 per year. The employment outlook for 2014-2024 is 17%, which is much faster than average. The idea of getting paid so much for helping others is a really exciting concept to me, especially since it's a field that's growing every year. Personally, I didn't even know about this work before this test.
