What is ethics? These are the moral theories that govern the behavior of groups or individuals and the rational analysis of morality. In fact, ethics has three fundamental values: life, happiness and the ability to achieve goals. People view the world selfishly and ethically. The selfish path is where the person only cares about their own core values. And the ethical path is when a person respects and cares about the core values ​​of others. It is also a moral point of view which involves classifying and recommending notions of good or bad conduct. The main aim of this article is to construct the concept of ethical theories using specific examples or case scenarios. Kantianism, act utilitarianism, rule utilitarianism, the social contract and relativism are the keys to ethics. According to Thomas Hobbes, social contract theory means that there would be nothing of value if there were no rules or enforcement. Cooperation is the main idea that is understood in most cases by rational people. The government has resources and is able to enforce the laws. Moral rules are important when addressing relationships between community or people, which is why acceptance of the social contract is necessary and accepted. Furthermore according to Jean-Jacques Rousseau, there is nothing above the rules or laws and this also prevents people from following immoral rules (Dave 2012). Social contract theory, in the more technical sense, has been adjusted stylistically to examine overall expectations between science and the community. For example; Organizational staff at a well-known company are responsible for confirming that IT systems are up to date and the quality of the workspace. Company leaders must study the personal and professional improvement, physical safety and human dignity of all workers when analyzing a computer system which also follows the social contract theory since it requires respect of a set of moral rules such as confidentiality when modifying the computer system. On the other hand, if this person goes against the privacy policy for personal reasons, in this case, he goes against the social contract theory.
