It was very interesting to read about the different perspectives and experiences trans men have during their transition. When it came to critiquing this article, more detail needed to be given from the perspective of men who have gone through the transition to womanhood. Schilt seemed to only cover one side of the argument and if she had spent more time, she could have better supported her claim using a transwoman perspective. Nonetheless, Schilt demonstrated a strong argument for gender inequality that goes beyond patterns of natural differences and physical traits between men and women.
