As I mentioned earlier, this was the final draft of our topic investigation. My topic was: “Why do consumers buy green?” » It was a very interesting topic and the research gave me a lot of new knowledge. I used the combination of narrative inquiry and writing to create a scenario in which a shopper makes observations in a grocery store. From there it would lead to the research part and I would share information. The writing then returns to the story which sets up another instance of investigation. It ended up working very well. From draft to final product, I was able to use critiques from my peers and Mr. Campbell to refine the focus and clarify the narrative. In the end, I'm very proud that I tried something different. Although I never intend to write another article in this style, I believe it has enhanced my abilities as a
