It is also a true statement that most of us unconsciously seek out our other half. As children, we read stories and watch movies or fairy tales about how a woman finds the man of her dreams and vice versa. Examples include Cinderella, Snow White, Beauty and the Beast, etc. This concept of finding our true love or partner is ingrained in our brains before we can even begin to question and think for ourselves. Children are fed classic stories and romantic tales by mainstream media without even recognizing what they are about. Many of us could use our own childhood as an example of how this idea is presented to us without being fully aware of it.
