Essay / The Shared Power of Church Leadership - 1336
The purpose of small group communication recognizes that all leaders are important and valued (Ps. 37:30, NASB). These communication skills are lived out daily, as an example of good communication among Church leaders in the area of service. The shared power of church leadership should precisely define these aspects, because God is subject to using people, places, and things at all times. God is the glory of one and all who lead the Church. Another important factor in church leadership is the right attitude, and that is hospitality. The shared power of hospitality within church leadership is healthy for the church. If hospitality is not shared among Church leaders, then how is it useful to the Church? Church leadership is the instrument of hospitality that God uses to draw people into his presence (2 Cor. 5:20, NASB). This guideline is not only for believers, but also for non-believers who may have never attended church. God's welcoming spirit through hospitality is needed in church leadership as leadership remains in place.
