    A Knowledge Management (KM) implementation strategy is intended to address the problem of knowledge loss. In other words, it is simply a plan that describes how an organization will best retain its knowledge for the benefit of that organization and its stakeholders. Here, an organization finds itself in a critical situation of knowledge loss when some of its experienced workers retire or leave the organization. The company must therefore seek to implement management solutions and design the structure system, tools and processes based on these knowledge losses to retain and share this knowledge. It can be divided into two distinct categories: knowledge management techniques and knowledge management technologies. We propose that, in order to improve knowledge loss within the organization, its implementation of knowledge management should use a combination of knowledge management techniques and knowledge management technologies. The best knowledge management implementation strategies will help the organization maintain success even after losing key employees, and we can put the right talent to fill key positions. Therefore, in the following sections, we will further elaborate on the two methods that we can prevent or mitigate the knowledge loss that the organization may encounter, and these two methods are: 1.0 Knowledge Management Techniques Knowledge management techniques are the most effective procedure for capturing employees' tacit knowledge, as many knowledge management techniques involve human interaction where contextual knowledge can be transferred. .
