This happens all over the world and sometimes it goes undetected because people want to share how they feel with others and decide to keep these horrible feelings inside, which can make their depressed state worse. There are different types of depression, minor depression and major depression. Depression can be caused by different events in a person's life and have different effects on each individual. It can happen to children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly, as well as the rich and the poor. It's a mental illness that can happen to anyone. Depression is a serious mental illness, but it is not the end of the world if someone has it because it is treatable if the person wants to be cured. Depression is not an illness that can be noticed in someone, it is something that is noticed by paying close attention to the person, although it is still difficult to tell if someone is suffering from depression . This mental illness causes a painful experience for the person who suffers from it and for those around them. In his book Mental Depression: Forms, Causes and Treatment, Rafael D. Moy said: “Depression is a common but serious illness, and most people who suffer from it need treatment to get better. » (2009) It proves that people should not underestimate. depression, they should take it very seriously and help people who need to get rid of depression because it is causing them emotional pain in their life.
