    What makes people want to buy violent video games? Why do parents buy violent games for their children? Do people buy these games just because they're popular? Specialists and researchers are trying to answer many questions. Are people more violent because they buy violent video games? Do violent video games make people who are not violent? Such games are said to take place in a classroom where the person has to kill zombies which are in the form of a person. There are others where the person playing the video game can now control what happens in the game with their own kicking and punching movements when playing on the Wii. Creators of violent video games should be more respectful to the public and not create so much violence in video games. December 14, 2012 was an ordinary day until a young man named Adam Lanza shocked the world. If Adam Lanza doesn't ring a bell, he's known for bringing a gun to elementary school in Sandy Hook, Colorado. News after news ran the story of Adam driving to the elementary school and killing a total of twenty children and six adult staff members. Lanza was addicted to video games. He played very violent games like Call of Duty. Adam went and killed random kids that he had no connection with, just like video games where an individual kills random people who are zombies in the video game. In this game, the individual has no connection to most of the people he kills (Karlinsky and Przygoda). So why is this video game that has sold millions of copies not being examined, which could be a link to this incident? Just because this video game is popular doesn't mean we can sit back and watch as individuals are persuaded to think it is acceptable for violence...... middle of paper ..... . express an opinion, but many voices can make a difference.
