    TYPES/FORMS OF GRIEVANCE: A grievance can take one of the following forms:a) Factualb) Imaginaryc) Disguiseda) Factual: A real and genuine grievance will emerge when the real needs of the worker remain dissatisfied. E.g. The increase in salaries is assured but not yet achieved for various reasons. b) Imaginary: At some point, where a worker's disappointment is not due to real reasons but rather due to incorrect observation, wrong mentality or wrong data, he has. In this case, the grievance is not real and does not exist. Although management is not responsible for the grievance, it must nevertheless be resolved promptly. c) Disguised: A worker in an organization may have some sort of grievance for reasons of which he is not aware. If he faces problems related to his family, neighbors, friends and loved ones, he can come to work with a heart.
