Organizational development (OD) has become increasingly important for today's organizations because the world is changing so quickly that organizations must find ways to be more effective, more innovative, more customer-focused and more agile. Overall, the study of organizational intervention and change implementation through reading the book, attending the course, completing assignments such as IIMT and TIMPF, participating in the process of organizational interventions and having a fishbowl conversation helps me become well-versed in change models, work effectively in a team, and learn from the experiences and experiences of my classmates. skill. Most importantly, I gained confidence in areas where I had little or no experience before. Now I can have the ability to diagnose an organization's problems and implement appropriate change methods..
