Global warmingIf we do nothing now against global warming. Can this affect future generations on earth? Look around you, what's going on? do you at least know? Sea levels have risen, global temperatures have risen, ocean warming, shrinking ice sheets, Arctic sea ice decline, glacier retreat, extreme events, ocean acidification, decreasing snow cover, and these are just a few of the events that have occurred. We must do something now about global warming. The effects of global warming are creating increasing danger for the ecosystem we live in by damaging glaciers and weather patterns. The causes of global warming are carbon dioxide emissions from power plants using fossil fuels, carbon dioxide emissions from burning gasoline for transportation, methane emissions from animals, seabirds from the Arctic and deforestation. Particularly tropical forests for timber, pulp and paper and agricultural land, the use of chemical fertilizers on cultivated land is increasing. The effects of global warming are resulting in even deadlier storms, massive crop failures, widespread extinction of species and the disappearance of coral reefs. We should try to figure out how to use fewer non-renewable resources. Little by little, we can do things to improve our planet. We are destroying our planet! Scientists have documented the increase in average temperatures around the world since the late 1800s. Earth's average temperature has increased by 1.4 degrees Fahrenheit (0.8 degrees Celsius) over the past century, according to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Temperatures are expected to increase another 2 to 11.5 degrees F (1.133 to 6.42 degrees C) over the next 100 years. 97 percent of climate scientists agree that the pace of global warming trends the planet is currently experiencing is not a paper story. It takes a lot of energy to pump, treat and heat water, so saving water reduces greenhouse gas emissions. Saving water at home is simple. Three percent of the country's energy is used to pump and treat water. Thus, water conservation saves energy and reduces greenhouse gas pollution. We have increased global warming. The effects of global warming are very serious. Causing all kinds of damage. and a growing danger for the ecosystem. We know that global warming is a HUGE problem that humans need to try to improve. As individuals, we can do at least one thing a day to help our factory. Between 1800 and 2013, the climate changed rapidly. Over time, it doesn't get better, it gets worse. The Earth will always be there, remember, but not the human race. So look for some things you can do to help the environment, because we can make a difference..
