    By asking important questions, an organization can continually improve its operations. There are five simple but effective questions that allow an organization to grasp the facts of a situation and make things better. " What are you doing ? », “How do you do it? and “Why are you doing it?” » are all factual questions that require an informative answer about the organization, its processes and its values. The answers can highlight problems and confusion within the organization. The questions “Who will improve it?” » and “When?” aim to resolve these problems. I work for a small organization specializing in three areas; machinery, fuel and animal feed. This is a family business and it becomes very clear, on a daily basis, that these questions are not asked. The main reason I see for the lack of management in this organization is that due to the three different departments, everyone looks after their own department and doesn't ask these questions about the company as a whole. This makes certain tasks difficult for workers because they don't know who to answer to
