Along with privacy and security comes the issue of terrorism, constitutional rights, and prisoners of war (POW). The debate between privacy and security has two sides. Many believe this influenced the government's interaction with citizens. Sometimes the law focuses on bad interests. Just as security cameras are designed for thieves, breaches occur in a person's workspace or personal life. Privacy emerged very early, notably thanks to Jewish and Roman laws protecting against surveillance. Once the population began to grow, citizens around the world began filing complaints about noise and illegal searches and seizures. Security and privacy are becoming an increasingly important international issue that affects the entire world. Safety is known as a kind of independence from danger. Privacy is freedom from unwanted people. “He noticed his fuel gauge needle was getting low and decided to pull over. As he enters the gas station, he pays for the gas with his credit card, steals a pack of cigarettes and a newspaper without the seller's knowledge. The founders saw this coming and implemented laws against home invasions based on national security or to protect others. The Fourth Amendment to the Bill of Rights is a blueprint that the Founding Fathers implemented in the United States Constitution to give people a sense of privacy from law enforcement.
