It gives us the right to be who we want to be or to do what we want to do. As much as society gives us freedom, it does not give us freedom. There is a difference between liberty and freedom. Freedom is the ability to do whatever the person pleases, for example when a person wants to go out and walk the streets naked but cannot or is even allowed to do so because they has freedom and not freedom. Liberty gives people the right to practice freedom but within certain limits. So when that person is arrested for walking outside naked, that's called freedom, they don't have the right to leave their house naked. Therefore, you have the opportunity to do whatever you want inside your own home but not outside. Freedom is that you can do what you want for yourself, but not for others.
