A middle-aged man with a black beard, wearing a black tuxedo with a white shirt and shiny black shoes, is lying on two chairs. He's either in a fancy restaurant or a ballroom. There is dim lighting and dark red carpets with gold patterns. The tables have white tablecloths and red flower centerpieces. He lifts, like a bench press, two young, petite Asian women. They wear white nurse uniforms with nurse hats and white stockings and shoes. The crowd of well-dressed spectators applauds his virile act. The narrator says that "the police often question him simply because they find him interesting." The same man, younger in appearance, with his thick beard and dressed in a suit and white shirt, is in a camouflaged command center. He is surrounded by various officers all wearing military uniforms, some even with their medals. They all watch intently as he arm wrestles with a communist dictator, who sports a mustache and a hat with a gold star on it. The dictator can only put up a few seconds of resistance before being forced to succumb to force....
