Regression analysisFive independent variables which are factors linked to the project (FRO), factors linked to leadership/manager (FRL), factors linked to team members (FRT), factors linked to the project organization (FRPO) and factors linked to the environment (FRE) are regressed with four dependent KPIs which are the iron triangle, organizational benefits, benefits of the information system and the benefits for stakeholders. Out of five, four independent variables show association with at least one dependent variable, the independent factor that showed no association was FRE. Significant results taken at p < 0.10 from multiple regressions are presented in Table 3. Adjusted r² values indicate the variation in the dependent variable explained by the variation in the independent variables. Variations of iron triangle 34.9%, organizational benefits 37.1%, benefits information system 43.1% and 26.9% as explained by the independent variables. When the regression coefficients were applied to develop the regression equation, we obtain the following equations: Iron Triangle = -29.20 + 6.426* FRP + 6.557*FRTOrganizational Benefits = 1.479 + 0.283* FRLBenefit Informational System = 0.913 + 0.313*FRT + 0.250* FRPOStakeholder's Benefits = 1.806 + 0.249*FRPDependent variables that have more than one association were checked for relative independent variable importance via β weights. In the iron triangle, FRT (β=0.306) are comparatively more important than FRP (β=0.253). In the benefits information system, FRT (β = 0.329) have more importance than FRPO (β = 0.256). The multiple regression results suggest that the developed model is statistically valid and has the potential to be further developed. ...... middle of paper ......
