    Imagine a world where everyone has advanced concentration, where everyone is not stressed, and where everyone is perfectly happy. This perfect utopia may sound like the setting for a futuristic science fiction book, but this utopia is not a distant reality. It's possible, thanks to the powerful healing effects of music. For centuries, music has entertained the crowds who came to watch it, but until recently we learned about the effects it has on the human body. From increasing your oxygen saturation to lowering your blood pressure to changing your mood, the health effects of music are increasingly being revealed. As man begins to unlock the secrets of music, this knowledge can begin to be applied to the real world. This includes the business world, academia and, more recently, the medical world. In short, music can relieve stress, improve concentration and improve mental health. Music's effect on stress relief is due in part to its effect on mood.
