A hero is a man who, in the opinion of others, is greatly admired for his courageous actions and fine qualities. A hero is a man who, in the opinion of others, is greatly admired for his courageous deeds and fine qualities. In Schindler's List directed by Steven Spielberg, Oskar Schindler is considered a great hero among many Jews, despite being a German Nazi, because he saved generations and the lives of 1,200 Jews during the Holocaust. The Holocaust was the systematic massacre of approximately 6 million Jews and millions of other people during World War II, which took place in Nazi concentration camps under the German Nazi regime. In the midst of this brutal period, Oskar Schindler finds it in his heart to change his state from being a simple rich and pragmatic man to a virtuous and good man who helps save the Jews. But rather than a do-gooder, Oskar Schindler was more of a motivator who set goals based on his own visions and dreams, and undertook goals to bring them to fruition. We see this characteristic manifest in Schindler as he strives to achieve his goal of becoming rich, as he influences some of his personal motivation on Goeth, and as Schindler moves closer to his newly altered goal of saving the Jews. Schindler's first goal is his only intention. by becoming rich, very rich. He decides to start by starting a pots and pans company with his new Jewish accountant, Itzhak Stern. Although Schindler has no idea how an enamel factory is run and the distant connections between Jews and Nazis, all he has on his mind is success. Stern is also surprised by Schindler's quick and easy manners which contrast with his own, and by his obliviousness to ...... middle of paper ......s a munitions factory to attract more Jewish workers. However, his factory strives to deliberately produce low-quality artillery and tank shells in order to prevent the production of other weapons that can be used by people. Schindler told Stern, "If this factory ever produces a shell that can actually be fired, I will be very unhappy." ยป Schindler begins to openly show his motivation to save the Jews from this point on, and his personal motivation has helped save many generations of Jews even today. The man who once sought to make money to satisfy his own desire to become the richest man in the world. found a new and greater motivation that helped him become a better person, which even Schindler himself became more motivated to become. You can see the phases of change Schindler went through and each time he was always so determined and motivated by something..
