IntroductionThis essay aims to show the history of Care UK, the stakeholders and the structure of the organization in order to provide more information on how the the organization. It will also present the goals and objectives as well as the management responsibilities to achieve them. Care UK is a company focused on providing support and care to help people live their lives independently. This is a very responsible task that requires their staff to have excellent communication skills. This report will present more information on this subject. (Care UK, 2014)Care UK is an organization with over 30 years' experience in managing care homes and providing health and social care. Currently the organization has around 85 homes and supports around 17,000 service users with care and support. The organization's goal is to provide the best service to residents who need support in their daily activities and to help residents live more independent and fulfilling lives. The company's success can be attributed to the contribution of its stakeholders; Managers, service users, life skills support workers, employees, government departments, general practices, hospitals, providers, relatives (Care UK, 2014). The organization's customers are the users of services; every resident is different and must receive the appropriate care and care plan. Care UK offers six types of care, including: • Dementia care – some residents live with dementia. A unique approach has been developed by this organization to ensure that life skills support workers are well trained and prepared to provide professional care and support.
