Are there implications in the care and interaction with patients and their families? Colleagues? My European culture of striving to be the best will have a positive impact on my nursing career as I will never give up caring for my patients. However, the judgmental side of my culture can negatively impact my nursing career because I may label someone before I have a chance to get to know the patient.
