Flextime - a versatile work program - allows individuals to determine when they work, as long as they put in their full range of hours each week. Relying on the leader could mean complete freedom to set one's work schedule, or having the ability to choose from many predetermined sets of choices. Two (or more, but sometimes not) workers could share a single shift, with each worker working part of the specified time. In this way, individuals will occupy, or always occupy, the position they need, while taking the time to play with young people or the elderly, to carry out different family activities.
