I will follow other teaching strategies including simulation, projects, lectures and case studies to facilitate learning and critical thinking. As a nurse educator, I will perform the work of designing, implementing, evaluating and revising academic and continuing education programs for nurses. I believe that teaching requires an atmosphere of trust, mutual respect and mutual learning. As a nurse educator, my goal is to help nursing students establish a strong foundation for their nursing careers. Nursing is a job that requires physiological and psychological care.
