It gave rise to the hypothesis of how the world should be. This is seen because communication is always accessible and if someone needs to reach someone, they will most likely respond, regardless of the means of communication. I think it's true because when I call a friend or my parents and they don't answer, I get angry because I know they have a cell phone, I don't see why they don't can't answer me. This can become a problem as many people get to the point with cell phones that need to be answered immediately. Many people assume that the world is a place where communication and responses should happen right now. Many may assume that cell phones make life truly mobile, whether it's email, web browsing, texting, or calling. Another assumption about what the world should be like is that society is at the point where face-to-face interactions are a thing of the past. This can be seen because many people find it difficult to hold a conversation when communicating with friends, family, teachers or colleagues due to the heavy use of texting and calling to communicate with others. By using cell phones as an example to try to make sense of the world, we can show that our society is constantly in motion and that cell phones have managed to adapt to our busy lives as business and communication can be done from anywhere and at any time.
