Emily drove alone past the vibrant fluorescent lights leading to her house. The rain was pouring down at this time, even the windshield wipers couldn't move fast enough to allow him to see clearly out the window. She was hesitant to stop, but didn't want to waste time when she was so close to home. Her phone vibrates, startling her as it sits on the console. Emily quickly glanced at the screen, noticing that it was her mother texting her. “Are you almost home?” The screen went black and Emily looked up to try to see through the heavy rain hitting the window. She felt a powerful pain shoot up her side and her head slammed against the steering wheel, sending the pain down her spine. “Get up, get up.” » she repeated in her mind, but the effort was ineffective. His body didn't react. The airbag hits his stomach, sending his body back toward the seat, while his head remains pressed on the steering wheel. The sound of the horn begins to get fainter and fainter. “Emily…?” she felt her arm tremble. “Emilie.” the voice was stern and firm against his skull. She opened her eyes, showing the green and yellow outline behind her eyelids. A boy was looking at her. “Do you agree?” Emily had no idea who this child was, or why he was asking her if she was okay. "What?" She looked at her hands stained with dirt and blood. His brown hair was full of dead leaves and dirt. “Here, let me have this.” The boy picked her up and started walking. Emily tried to look around but couldn't figure out where she was or where he was taking her. She wanted to scream and scream and slap him, but she couldn't find the strength to do so and felt weak as her body went limp in his arms. The boy laughed: “......in the middle of a paper...... She got up and ran after him through the door. The room was different though, so bright it hurt his eyes. “I’m sorry ma’am, but we can’t get her back. She doesn't answer, I'm sorry. a woman was still crying. A curtain hid the voices from view, and when she tried to grab it to pull it away, her hand slipped through it. She walked through the curtain and looked at the bed. Her body lay there, her mother on the ground next to her and two doctors talking to each other in the corner. There was no more beeping, the room was silent. Emily was impassive, she didn't feel sad or angry, and she just felt happy. She turned around and left the hospital room. And now she knew where she was, what had happened... She died. When she checked her phone, she took her eyes off the road and was hit by a nearby car..
