  • Essay / Stop Climate Change Essay - 1064

This is based on sunlight and volcanic eruptions playing an extreme factor. "Most often, the world's climate has changed due to variations in the Sun. Tiny oscillations in the Earth's orbit have changed when and where sunlight falls on the Earth's surface. Variations in the Sun itself have alternately increased and decreased the amount of solar energy reaching the Earth Volcanic eruptions have” (Global Warming, Web.) However, I firmly believe that climate change is not just the result of natural causes. I think it's man-made and the main factors are CO2, factories and power plants burning coal, oil and natural gas. In conclusion, global climate change is a very long debate with many ways to improve the environment, but a long way to find a solution. Even though we can't get rid of our major energy sources like power plants, cars, and factories, we must continue to find solutions to make our environment safer and more conducive to life. Hopefully in the near future we will better understand how to deal with global climate change, but for now we can focus our ideas on preventative ways to not harm ourselves or our health.
