Some people don't even know how eating unhealthy foods and refusing to exercise negatively affects their lives. Eating unhealthy foods is common. As Americans, we are surrounded by fast food places that offer a quick meal at a low price. Eating unhealthy foods can also have a negative effect on mood, causing a person to act more hostile and view the world in a more negative light. Generally speaking, unhealthy foods are cheaper than their healthier counterparts. Not only can a good diet extend a person's lifespan, it can also make them happier and less tired. When it comes to exercising, a large number of people do not participate in this activity for various reasons. Of course, exercising has many health benefits, but it also helps reduce stress. If individuals had a better understanding of health and exercise, they would be more likely to take control of what they consume and what they do with their bodies. Having people properly educated would reduce social injustices towards others. Everyone would be considered the same and the opinions of others would not interfere with the rights of others. Issues like racism and oppression of other types of people wouldn't even be a problem. Individuals would be able to challenge their old ways of thinking and truly formulate their own opinions and ideas. Many people have the potential to be great but don't have the means to capitalize on it like others.
