Her parents divorced when she was young. Her mother remarried and Tulia grew up in a blended family. Tulia suffers from depression and anxiety following a car accident. She reports chronic neck and back pain related to the injuries she suffered in the accident. Tulia says she struggles to enjoy activities that were once fun.
