I took an interview with the HR Manager Mr. John Smith of a respected university. I asked him to come and have a coffee at Starbucks. He didn't refuse me and came on time. First, I shared my course content and everything I knew about the course and career. I started by explaining a lot of things about human resources management, because in my eyes he is the most competent human resources manager. I began by describing what our College teaches in human resource management.A. Effective LeadershipLeadership is the result of a combination of traits, with particular emphasis on the personal qualities of the leader, of which he must possess certain personality traits that would be particular facilitators in leadership performance. This theory shows that leaders are born as such and that there is no chance of "making" them later with personal development techniques.
