    India faces human rights violations every day. India is known as a "subcontinent" because the Himalayan Mountains block almost the entire country from the rest of Asia. India has one of the largest populations of any country. In fact, the current population is estimated at around 1.27 billion people. This means that the population density of India is approximately 1,001 people per square mile (Indian population). This extreme overpopulation can lead to serious problems among the population. Many people have seen photos of public transport passengers dangerously crowded and crowded outside buses or trains in India. This is just one example of how people get around the overpopulation factor. There are six main ethnic groups that make up India's large population, two main languages, and Hinduism, the most widespread religion. Karma is an important aspect of the Hindu religion. The idea that “treat people well and you will be treated well” is rather ironic in India. Indeed, numerous human rights violations are committed every day by citizens and, most often, by government officials. The Indian government faces corruption and its citizens are often victims of it. Additionally, unnecessary violence is occurring across the country. We should care about India because the government is corrupt, people are not treated fairly, and the rate of public violence is very high. In India, the government violates the human rights of its citizens. The government has begun to increase its surveillance of the Internet. They monitor cell phone and internet usage in extreme ways.
