Building resilient teams is about effective leadership, team cohesion, mutual support, and open and honest communication (Marot and Dunm, 2010). Comcare (2008) identified that balanced work ensures a safe, healthy and productive working environment over time, that is, balanced effort and recovery (including rest, exercise and adequate nutrition) are important for maintaining resilience. In fact, statistics on casual factors of accidents and incidents in complex work places absolutely show human contribution not as a lack of skills, but as poor communication, inattention, burden physical and mental work stress, poor situational awareness, poor decision-making, ineffective action planning, inability to manage stress, emotional burden, and organizational dysfunction ( Raison, 1990 ; Dekker, 2005). All of these were generically classified as “human error” and could be due to a lack of organizational well-being. They argue that project risk management should start from these questions in order to ensure the safety of workers and employers.
