Interest in geography stems from the fact that it describes relevance to all aspects of society. It is dynamic in the sense that my perception and understanding are constantly evolving with the growth of understanding and perception. What intrigues my pursuit of geography is how geography, unlike other subjects, has direct connections to human and physical attributes. By continuing my study in Geography at higher education level, I aim to enrich my understanding of the wider significance of the issues faced and how they affect society locally and globally. It is important to identify and understand the interconnected aspects of the world around us and apply this knowledge for a more sustainable future.
