By watching others play, you can learn some key techniques or moves. It also helps to do everything yourself, and by asking for help and then trying it yourself, you get real experience. Another way to learn football is to simply go out and play. When you're on the field with other teammates, you watch what they do, and once you see them, you try to copy and eventually become familiar with the sport. In project 2, one of the girls was practicing a trick. His trick was called the rainbow and his task was to place the ball on the ground, with one of his feet in front of the ball and the other on the side of the ball. With your feet, between the ball, you lifted it. on the back of your calf and with the opposite foot, you kick the ball over your head by hitting it on the back of your heel. In the first project, this similar task was carried out by Brunio from “The Sweet Spot”. Brunio used extensive practice when attempting this trick, he took the time to concentrate and slow down. As he noticed errors, he perfected them, making it his expertise and more of an accomplished profession.
