Follower needs include stability, compassion, hope, and trust. For a leader, it is crucial to create the feeling that basic needs are being met. A positive balance must be created to ensure stability, and the process is inspiring and gives hope to those who follow it. By creating hope, all other goals of the organization fall into place and provide motivation that prospects will be better. By my courageous nature, I can in any case give hope to my supporters and give them aspirations while waiting for a better future. It is also possible to face difficult times by showing a lot of resilience (Rath and Conchie, 2008). I can direct people toward achieving organizational goals as well as personal goals. By ensuring stability, team cohesion is improved towards generating better results. Through this I can inspire employees to have a strategic mindset and focus on work as well as create a peaceful working environment.
