IntroductionThis literature review will examine the areas of the role of HRM in managing a diverse workforce in associations in order to achieve continued economic benefits and government legislation that encourages, motivates and enforces diversity management in South Africa. This will be done through the analysis of articles and works relating to the Sasol company and its subsidiaries in the country.
